5/5 I stayed at AVA Sathorn 11 in a two-bedroom serviced apartment, and honestly, it was excellent. The apartment has clearly been recently renovated, and the attention to detail is immediately obvious. Nothing feels cheap or rushed. From the mattress to the bed sheets, towels, furniture, lighting, and general finishing, everything was chosen with care and quality in mind. The renovation is tasteful, practical, and very well executed. Cleanliness was also perfect. The apartment felt fresh, spotless, and very well maintained. One of the biggest highlights for me was how quiet it was at night. I have back pain and tinnitus, so sleeping can be difficult for me, but the property is located on a quiet dead-end street, meaning there were no motorcycles, no cars passing by, and no street noise. It was absolutely silent at night, which is rare in central Bangkok. You don't even hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms, next or above you. I have worked in the hotel industry for half my life, and this is genuinely the kind of place many hotels should aspire to be. Even the small practical details were done right. The light switches actually make sense, so you are not guessing which switch controls what. There are also four wall plugs by the bed, two on the sides and two above, perfectly positioned and very convenient. The location is also great: right in the city, with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, and access to public transportation. The owner is a genuinely lovely lady who clearly cares about her guests and makes sure everyone is looked after properly. She also has excellent taste, and that shows throughout the decoration and atmosphere of the place. Security is also very good, with cameras, fire alarms, and proper fire escape stairs. Honestly, I cannot find anything to nitpick. AVA Sathorn 11 is clean, quiet, well-designed, secure, comfortable, and professionally managed. An excellent stay.
